With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine Manley of Metropolis, Illinois, who passed away on February 28, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Borem and Ruth Borem (Adams); and her siblings, Ann Laird and Donald Borem. She is survived by: her husband Jim Manley; her children, Andrea Underwood (Spencer), Carl Manley (Amy) and Alan Manley (Julie); her grandchildren, Nicole Underwood, Andrew Manley, William Manley and Jillian Jones; and her sister Brenda Cohoon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
