He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Sullivan and Florence Mae Sullivan (Vaughn); and his siblings, Rosalie, Tommy and Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Sullivan (Haverkamp); his daughters, Terry Overton (Mike), Tracy Burkhart (Sammy) and Tina Caldwell (Doug); his grandchildren, Sam, Logan, Trace, Sami Jo, Shelby and Shaun; his great grandchildren, Lexi, Lily, Xander, Archie and Everleigh; and his siblings, Margie, Carol (Bill) and Jerry. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
