She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard C. Baker and Irma Jean Baker; her former husband Steve Johnson; her husband James Strickland; and her siblings, Kathy Swenney, Stella Miechur, Phillip Baker and Thomas Baker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Heather Long (Phil) and Jamie Vernon (Marcus); her grandchildren, Andrea Long, Jayden Johnson and Alex Vernon; her great grandchildren, Paislee and Amelia Grace; and her brothers, Leonard Baker and Shane Baker (Mary). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given in Deborah's name to Living Waters Full Gospel Church, 451 East 2nd Street, Grand Chain, IL 62941.
