He is survived by: his children, Nick of Metropolis, Samantha Pannell of Dixon and Marissa Pannell of Paducah; his mother Barabara Rushing (Roy) of Metropolis; his siblings, Vance Sexton of Metropolis, Devin Sexton (Trisha) of Metropolis, Duncan Sexton of Metropolis, Danita Christian (David) of Metropolis, Nisha Burkhart (Tommy) of Symsonia and Missy Bowman of Paducah; his grandchildren, Riley Pannell, Natalie Harris, Iris Harris and Arlie Piper; and his close friend Meri Baker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
