He was predeceased by: his father Michael Simmons; his daughter Ella Rae Simmons; and his grandparents, Floyd "Shorty" Simmons, Rebecca Simmons Smith, Clella "Smitty" Smith, Harold Alsip, Linda Rudolph, Tom and Juanita Harris.
He is survived by: his mother Kaye Simmons (Alsip) of Vienna; his wife Danielle Sharp; his children, Kylea Jo Rae Simmons and Kamryn Christopher Wiley Simmons; his siblings, Erinn Bowman of Golconda and Miles Simmons of Vienna; his nieces and nephews, Abby Sue, Kaylea Diane, Christopher, Chyenne and Cristin; his parents-in-law, Larry Sharp of Metropolis and JoAnn Lance of Vienna; and his aunts and uncles, Nancy, Billy Belford, James and Kim Alsip. He is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
