He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Meng and Noraine "Betty" Meng (Jones). He is survived by: his wife Jill Meng; his daughters, Jennifer Muniz (Jeremy) and Lori Oliver (Matt); his grandchildren, Averi Muniz, Zachary Muniz (Maggie Moore), Elijah Oliver and Cooper Oliver; and his brother-in-law David Tanner (Susan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Loftus-McManus Funeral Homes Inc. (70 Jon St, Metropolis, IL 62960). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
