Dale Choate Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2021, at the age of 86, Dale Choate of Metropolis, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Choate and Gladys Choate (Cerny); and his sister Emma Lou Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Choate (Krach); his son Kevin Choate (Jo); his grandchildren, Collin Choate (April) and Mallory Choate; his great grandchildren, Landon and Luke Choate; and his sisters, Agnes Colley (Ted) and Joanne Shanks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
