She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Butch" Williams and Lillie Mae Williams (Williamson); her former husband Charles Law; her husband John Ragland; and her siblings, Bertha Hopson, Estelle Williams, Belle English, Lillian Grace, Otis Williams, Earl Williams and Fern Williams.
She is survived by: her niece Linda Grace; and her nephews, Larry Grace, Lanny Grace and Stephen Lingle.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Methodist Church (307 Massac Creek Rd, Metropolis, IL 62960). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in Polly's name to First Methodist Church, 100 East 5th Street, Metropolis, Illinois 62960.
