He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlander Meadows Sr. and Wilma Crim-Meadows; his wife Dorothy Lee Meadows; and his siblings, Wilomena "Willie" Warren, Phyllis Meadows and Orlander "Junior" Meadows Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Valda Wade (Larry), Charles Lee Meadows, Bruce Meadows (Adella), Betty Meadows, Doris Meadows-Puckett (Robert) and Patricia Smith (Benjamin); his grandchildren, Lacy Evitts (Chad), Bre (Anna Puckett-Woods), Lexie Wade, Elisia Cruz, Isaiah Cruz, Mackenzie Meadows-Puckett, Samuel Cruz, Sara Cruz, Gavin Aleta Smith, Jasmine Meadows, Christopher Puckett and Jada Meadows; his great grandchildren, Trae Foulks, Jodi Hyte, Brielle Woods, Skye Wade and Kendrick Poole; and his siblings, Robert Meadows, Roy Meadows and Mable Kay Duffy.
