She was predeceased by: her parents, Alban Owen and Helen Owen (Calkins); her husband Lowell E. Cook; and her brothers, Jim Owen, Kenneth Owen and Bill Owen.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Mary Lou Nelson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made in Catherine's name to the Anna Mae Owen Hospice House, 803 Poplar Street, Murray, KY 42071.
