She is survived by: her husband Kevin Fulkerson; her stepmother Sharon Martin; her sons, Dustin Kotter and Brandon Kotter; her grandchildren, Skye Kotter, Caleb Balderas, Kaitlyn Kotter, Ashley Kotter and Rebecca Kotter; her great grandchild Daxton Kotter; and her siblings, Paula Greer (Doc), Jim Martin (Candice) and Tim Martin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
