She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mathis and Julia Lucille Mathis (Johnson); her husband Delbert Dusch; her daughter Lori Ann Bradford-Cole; her siblings, Patricia "Pat" Owens, Louis Mathis and James Mathis; and her sister-in-law Sarah Carnes.
She is survived by: her son David Collins; her grandchildren, Melissa Brenningmeyer, Amanda Noble, Brittany Hall, Ashley Brown, Jessica Wilmouth, Charity Garza, Kim O'Neil and David Collins; her sister Bonnie Kozuszek; and her sister-in-law Rita Mathis. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; 16 great-great grandchildren.
