She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Eugene and Christine Grace Damron (Oliver); and her brother Allan Eugene Damron. She is survived by: her husband Phillip Embery; her daughter Melissa Sue Rideout; her grandchildren, Gracie Mariposa Harvill, Charles Ethan Watts, Kassandra Ruth Watts and Nathanial Hendrix Lee Brian; her great grandchild Rosaline Fay Hall; and her siblings, Marilyn McRae, Kathy Mitchell and Stephen Damron. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Aikins-Farmer-Loftus-McManus Funeral Home (70 Jon St, Metropolis, IL 62960).
