She is survived by: her children, Elisia Cruz and Isaiah Cruz (Taylor); her granddaughter Hazel Grace; her children, Samuel Cruz (Constance) and Sarah Cruz-Williams (Shamir); the father of her children Angel Cruz; and her siblings, Valda Wade (Larry), Doris Meadows-Puckett (Robert), Patricia Smith (Benjamin), Charles "Chuck" Lee Meadows, Bruce Meadows (Adella) and Andre Meadows (Candice). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
