She was predeceased by: her parents, William James and Mabel Oldman (Seward); her husband Bobby Layton Cook Sr.; and her daughter Jacqueline Kay Faughn. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Cook (Frances) and Bobby Layton Cook Jr. (Linda); her grandchildren, Chad Faughn (Melissa), Shannon Burnett (Dennis), Jennifer Mitchell (Garrett), Patrick Cook (Jason) and Melissa Andell (Richard); and her sister Maureen Dawkins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Barbara's name to Disabled American Veteran, P.O. Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH 45250 Arrangements have been entrusted to Aikins-Farmer-Loftus-McManus Funeral Home.
