She is survived by: her parents, Terry Smith of Brookport, IL and Linda Kennedy Beyer of Keenesburg, Colorado.; her half-sister Adrianna Reza of Colorado; and her uncle David Smith (Cindi) of Florida.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to First Baptist Church Attn Autumn Smith Memorial 307 Massac Creek Road Metropolis, IL 62960.
