He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Sr. Hastings and Alice Davault Hastings; and his sister Kay Helms. He is survived by: his wife Margaret McCarver; his daughters, Crystal and Heather; his grandsons, Matthew, Dennis, Bradyn and Tyler; his great grandchild Sawyer; his brothers, Kenny Hastings (Janet) and Ronnie Hastings (Robyn); and his uncles, Francis and Martin Davault. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
