He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavell "Dub" Neill and Vera Smith (Deen); and his brothers, Kenneth Ray Neill, Bruce Wayne Neill and Ricky Alan Neill.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Neill; his children, Darryl Neill (Renee) and Sarah Goddard (Bruce); his grandchildren, Heather Baumgart, Jay Dowd, Josh Neill, Jayde-Marie Goddard and Jamison Goddard; his great grandchildren, Lexi Baumgart, Riley Baumgart, Blakelee Dowd, Cutler Dowd and Delaney Dowd; and his sisters, Darlene Melcher (Don) of Metropolis and Yolanda Sue Blanton of Metropolis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
