We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2022, at the age of 77, Ernest Ray Daugherty of Metcalf, Illinois, born in Paris, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Foster and Mary Lucinda Daugherty (Rhoden); his brother Donald Daugherty; and his brother-in-law Wayne Harris. He is survived by: his children, James F. Daugherty (Bridget) of Paris, Eric L. Daugherty (Amy) of Paris, Lucinda Baldwin of Metcalf and Joshua A. Daugherty (Mickie) of Paris, Illinois; his siblings, David Daugherty of Paris, Marilyn Harris of Paris, Judith Daugherty of Paris and Gayle Walters (Dave) of Ridge Farm, Illinois; and his sister-in-law Judy Daugherty of Paris, Illinois. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren.
