He was predeceased by: his sister Kathy Welte; and his brother-in-law Donald Scrivner. He is survived by: his spouse Joanne K. "Jo" Gangloff; and his siblings, Joanne Scrivner of Metamora, James Welte (Peg) of Amherst, OH, Richard Welte (Ruth) of Princeton, IL and Mary Jo Grebner (Bill) of Metamora.
