Virginia R. Withers Obituary
With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Virginia R. Withers of Metamora, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Virginia left this world on February 15, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Huser and Maxine Huser (Spalding); her husband William J. Withers; and her brother Kenneth Huser. She is survived by: her children, Joyce Withers-Kiefer of Washburn, IL, Jolene Withers of Metamora and Brian Withers (Sherrie) of Metamora; and her siblings, Deb Marshall (Gary) of Metamora and Carl Huser (Val) of Metamora. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mason Funeral Home Metamora Chapel (219 E Partridge St, Metamora, IL 61548). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Our Savior Lutheran Church, 1209 Kingsbury Road, Washington, IL or to Illinois Cancer Care, 8940 North Wood Sage Road, Peoria, IL 61615.
