He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Bullock and Eleanor Huff Bullock; his daughter Heather; and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Diana Ruckle; his daughter Sally Mercado (Alex); and his grandchildren, Kimber and Joey Mercado.
