She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Rhea and Rose Catherine Sperry (Waldbeesser); her husband John Anderson Rosenbaum; her siblings, Harold Sperry (Virginia), Gene Sperry (Beverly) and Delores Hammerich (Raymond); and her great grandchild Drew Anderson.
She is survived by: her son John Rosenbaum (Ellen) of Germantown Hills, IL; and her grandchildren, Wendee Anderson (Kent) of Kansas City, KS, John Rosenbaum (Carrie Dickey) of Union, MO and Jennifer Whitaker (Stuart) of Germantown Hills, IL.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks those who can to contribute to a scholarship fund in her great-grandson's honor, Drew Anderson Inspiration in Journalism at The University of Kansas School of Journalism.
