She is survived by: her spouse Kenneth Perhay; her children, Kip Perhay (Julie) of Peoria and Kimberly Bleich (Bill) of Melvin; her grandchildren, Hosanna Inteti (Nitesh), Justice (Mandy), Mercy, Grace, Kerusso, Liberty, Patience, Ransom, Pierce, Oliver Perhay, Julia, Joshua and Caleb Bleich; her great grandchild Corbin; and her siblings-in-law, William Perhay (JoAnn) of Florida, Donald Perhay (Kathy) of Washington and Jan Vicary of East Peoria.
