He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Pollack and Loretta Pollack (Taken); his daughter Jane; his siblings, Dave Pollack and Judy Pollack Newman; and his half-siblings, John Pollack and Betty.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Hamilton of Metamora; his children, Jennifer Lipper (Bob), Judy Pollack, Richard Pollack (Darlene), Michael Pollack (Debra Lehmann) and Jonathan Pollack (Gina); his grandchildren, Bobby, Sarah, Marc, Melanie, Greg, Jerry, Richie and Veronica; and his brother Tom Pollack (Vivian). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and their children.
