She was predeceased by: her parents, Terry A. Clark and Jean Clark (Middlebrook); her husband Bruce J. Penny; and her brother Terry A. Clark, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Church (Matthew) of Hanna City, IL and Bruce J. Penny, Jr. (Alyse) of Roanoke; her grandchildren, Rydia, Mackinley, Amelia, Ethan, Eli, Brody and Bruce J. "Trey" III; and her sisters, Cheryl Clark of Virginia and Pamela Clark of Alabama.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to an Educational Fund for her grandchildren at Commerce Bank or the American Heart Association, 3816 Paysphere Circle, Chicago, IL 60674.
