She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Trzcinski and Clara Trzcinski (Kolanowski); her husband Douglas Graham Cook; her son Daniel; and her sister Karen Michalski (Ervin).
She is survived by: her daughters, Gail Simpson (Greg), Jennifer Cates (Brent) and Nancy Weller (Kevin); and her grandchild Lynn Walsh (Peter).
