She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur W. Buenneke and Elsie L. Buenneke (Hildebrand); her husband Joseph A. Whitfield; and her brother Robert Buenneke. She is survived by: her son Jay Whitfield (Sally) of Metamora; her grandchildren, Marcus Whitfield of Germantown Hills, IL and Lyndsay Whitfield of Chicago, IL; her great grandchild Mia Whitfield; and also Rachele Whitfield.
