He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Adams and Mary Adams (Kiesewetter); his son David Adams; his granddaughter Eileen Adams; and his siblings, Joe Adams (Shirley), Ester Schaidle (Ernest) and Amelia Noe (Rudy).
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Scheirer; his children, Stanley Adams (April Droege) of Metamora and Janet Adams of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Danny Adams (Sarah), Nathan Adams (Melissa), John Adams, Michael Adams, Justin Shepherd, Ashley Dischler (Greg) and Avery Adams; his great grandchildren, Beckett, Olivia, Sloan and Logan; and his siblings, Carl Adams (Mary), Ray Adams (Marilyn), Bill Adams (Dorothy) and Lillian Grebner (Arnold).
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, CDC guidelines will be followed and masks will be required upon entrance into the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Giving Tree at any Heartland Bank.
