She is survived by: her parents, Jacob Slankard and Victoria Slankard (Barnes); her children, Shirley Miller of East Peoria, Larry Smith (Jill) of Yorkville, IL, Roger Smith (Janice) of East Peoria and Lee Smith of Peoria; and her daughter-in-law Corrine Smith of Anchorage. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
