He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer W. Lotz and Pearl C. Lotz (Mandelco); and his grandson Blake Heman. He is survived by: his wife Lucille of Metamora; and his daughters, Morene Thompson (Steven) of Tremont, IL, Renee DuBois of Metamora and Anni Howells of Bonney Lake, WA. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
