She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Cornellius and Margaret Mary White (Boorn); her son Roger Dean Underwood; and her siblings, Charles White of Buckley, IL, Louis White of Eureka, IL, Catharine Donnovan of Peoria, IL, Dorothy Kamp of Eureka, IL and Anna Mae Pescitelli of Greenfield.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Clifford Underwood; her children, Patricia Witzig (David) of Waterman, IL and Ben Underwood (Joyce) of Washington, IL; and her grandson Silas Underwood of Peoria, IL. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Snyder Village Residents in Need Fund, 1200 East Partridge Street, Metamora, IL 61548.
