She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gilbert O. Gusewelle and Vera E. Gusewelle (Meikamp); her husband Douglas B. Auer of Metamora; her children, Jade, David (Ashley), Johanna, Elizabeth, Sarah, Daniel, Mary Beth Zerbst (Isaiah) and Andrew; her granddaughter Katherine Auer; and her siblings, Ruth Newby (Ralph), Carol Raymond and William Gusewelle.
