He is survived by: his wife Jeanne L. Lavery; his children, Amanda Adams of Metamora, Kody Anderson (Jocelyn) of Naperville, IL and Nichole Beman (David) of Atlanta, GA; and his brothers, Homer Adams (Cathy) of Dallas, TX and Albert Steve Adams (Christine) of Seattle, WA. He is also survived by four nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Illinois Cancer Care Foundation, 8940 North Wood Sage Road, Peoria, IL 61615.
