He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman F. Zook and Elinor L. Zook (Whetzal); and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Clark. He is survived by: his wife Nancy of Metamora; his son Brett Zook of Peoria; his brother Kevin Zook of Washburn; and his siblings-in-law, Clarence "Buddy" Capshaw of Bartonville, Thomas Clark of Metamora and Jackie Young of Peoria.
