Judy Schumacher Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judy Schumacher of Metamora, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 4, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Foster and Gladys Eigenbrod Foster; her sisters, Betty Swartz (Andy), JoAnn Durham (Judson) and Susie Marshall (Roy); her nephews, Bob Straughn, Mark Durham and Matt Schertz; her sisters-in-law, Joyce Pozzie and Bernita Turini; and her in-laws, Harold and Cornelia Schumacher.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Schumacher of Metamora; her children, Cori Ioerger (Tim) of Roanoke and Chad Schumacher (Sarah) of Washburn; her grandsons, Alex Pfister, Evan Schumacher and Noah Schumacher; her sister Linda Supan (Michael) of Tonica; and her siblings-in-law, Cynthia Bernardi (Michael) of Toluca and John Turini of Marshalltown, Iowa.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Lenz Memorial (823 5th St, Lacon, IL 61540). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in LaRose and in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Snyder Village Resident in Need Fund.
