He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernard Heinz and Amelia Heinz (Volz); his wife Helen McClanahan of Metamora; his sons, Bryan Heinz (Lisa) of Goshen, IN, Roger Heinz (Janice) of Batavia, IL and Andrew Heinz (Peggy) of Glendale, MO; his grandchildren, Justin Heinzekehr (Hannah), Erica Davidhizar (Troy), Allison Witt (Matt), Andrea Stillman (Joshua), Adam Heinz, Andrew Heinz, Leo Heinz and Zoe Heinz; his great grandchildren, Riley Davidhizar, Parker Davidhizar, Ellie Heinzekehr and Conrad Heinzekehr; and his siblings, Mary Hoehne (late John), Carl (Peg), Robert (Carol) and Karen Gansch (Paul). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to either St. Mary's School or St. Mary's Church, 415 West Chatham Street or the Snyder Village Resident in Need Fund, 1200 East Partridge Street, both Metamora, IL 61548.
