He was predeceased by: his parents, Esra Friederich and Mathilda Friederich (Ott); and his daughter Valerie Ann Friederich. He is survived by: his wife Merridy Ann Altorfer; his sons, Vincent Friederich (Kathie) of Choctaw, Victor Friederich (Robin) of Eureka and Van Friederich (Leslie) of Goodfield, Illinois; his grandchildren, Kristie McDougal (Craig), Valerie Boren (Shawn), Vanna Jones (Cole), Amanda King-Opper (Shawn), Jillian Graves (Brandon), Zachary Friederich (Timmy), Tristan Friederich and Luka Friederich; and his siblings, Esra Friederich, Robert Friederich (Rosemary), Richard Friederich (Sandy), Bernadine Ashbaugh (Alden), Julia Aten (Orely), Barbara Begner (Lyle), Mary Lou Dunkerley, Sylvia Burdette (Albert) and Debra Friederich. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.

Due to the recent State guidelines set in place regarding the Covid-19 Coronavirus, a Funeral service will be privately held for spouse and sons.
