He is survived by: his wife Anne Phillips; his daughter Leanne Grippo (Tony) of Nashville, TN; and his siblings, Barbara Lervaag (Bill) of Peoria, IL, Nancy Snow of Peoria, IL and Herb Carr of Pekin, IL..
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Association for the Developmentally Disabled of Woodford County (ADDWC), who cared tirelessly for Duane's sister Donna or the American Cancer Society.
