It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dona Parks of Metamora, Illinois, born in Moweaqua, Illinois, who passed away on October 1, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cletus B. Bays and Josephine Bays (Stiner); her husband Clarence D. Parks; her granddaughter Kara Beth Parks; and her great grandchild Faith Nicole Metz.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Parks (Julie) of Creve Coeur, IL, Debra Woodworth (Steve) of Westminster, CO, Pamela Metz (Bob) of Wentzville, MO and Steven Parks (Teresa) of Metamora, IL; her brothers, William Bays (Joy) of Princeville, IL and Cletus J. Bays of East Peoria, IL; and her sister-in-law Wynema Parks of Metamora, IL.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren.
