He was predeceased by: his parents, George Remley and Bernice Remley (Shaw); his grandson Adam Remley; and his siblings, Shirley Hahn and George Remley.
He is survived by: his wife Marj of Metamora; his children, Rodney Remley of Metamora, Don C. Remley, Jr. of Newburg, OR and Pat Winkler (Monte) of Washburn, IL; his grandchildren, Brandon Winkler (Danielle) of Lacon, IL, Marissa Robison (Zach) of Metamora, IL, Don Remley (Brittnie) of Tacoma, WA and Elliott Remley of Germantown Hills, IL; and his brother Steve Remley of Lincoln City, OR.. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Alzheimer's Association Central Illinois Chapter, 614 West Glen Avenue, Peoria, IL 61614.
