It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madeline Kay Buhlig of Meredosia, Illinois, born in Jacksonville, Illinois, who passed away on December 6, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William K. Lidgard and Olive Mardell Lidgard (Nunn); and her sister Letha Ann Edlen. She is survived by: her sons, William Buhlig (Sarah) of Naperville and Jon Buhlig (Shelley) of Monroe City, MO; her grandchildren, Matthew, Lance, Logan, Reece Buhlig, Dylan, Brock and Chase Buckman; and her sisters, Marsha Bina of Arenzville, Carla Ingram (Steve) of Decatur and Terri Smith (Steve) of Chambersburg.

Memorial donations are suggested to the ALS Foundation.
