She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Ruyle and Marlene Gregory; her sister Judith Jean Benjamin (Ruyle); her grandson Robert Schwalb; and her siblings-in-law, Darrell Benjamin, Craig, Aaron Schwalb and Victoria Earwood (Schwalb).

She is survived by: her husband Bruce Schwalb; her children, Roni Rae Hull (Dusty) of Meredosia and Michael Wayne Schwalb (Patti) of Meredosia; her grandchildren, Joshua Hull (Ashley) of Chambersburg, Kayla Marlene Schwalb of Meredosia, Austin Volk of Meredosia, Brittany Fulkerson (Brandon Mosher) of Modesto and Haley Schwalb of Meredosia; her great grandchildren, Jayden Rae Gooding (Lars) of Meredosia, Wesley Lane Gooding (Ashley) of Versailles, Bella, Gracie, Addie Hull of Chambersburg, Maddie Summer, Jason Schwalb of Meredosia, Kaylin, Brinley and Brexley Mosher of Modesto; her great great grandchildren, Kash and Kolt Gooding of Versailles; her siblings, Erma Frank (Ed) of Arizona, John Shepard (Linda) of Arizona and Larry Ruyle (Laura) of Jacksonville; her aunt Cec; her uncle Harold Rohrer; her nephews, Billy Troy, Ronnie Ham and Darrell Benjamin; her son-in-law Dusty Hull; her great grandchild Wesley Gooding; her grandson-in-law Michael Cochran; her granddaughter Dana Rache; her niece Brandy B; and also Roni Rae. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Buchanan & Cody Funeral Home (117 S Putnam St, Meredosia, IL 62665). A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 2:10 PM at the Oakland Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Cass-Schuyler Area Hospice.
