We bid farewell to John F. Morrell of Meredosia, Illinois, born in Rushville, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 8, 2024 at the age of 88. John F. touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Ellsworth and Helen Edith Morrell (Beebe); his siblings, Bob Morrell, Beulah Smith and Dick Morrell; and his grandsons, Kyle Johnson and Kenneth Morrell.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Rausch; and his children, Darin Morrell (Chris) of Ripley, Dewey Morrell of Meredosia, Danial Morrell (Brittnie) of Jacksonville and Deanna Morath (Chris) of Chambersburg. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren.
