She was predeceased by: her parents, George Milstead and Norma Milstead (Ray); her husband Vernon Gene Winner; and her siblings, Darrell, Sonny Milstead and Janet Ainsworth.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Hood (late Larry McCollum) of Hannibal, MO, Randy Winner (Peggy) of Jacksonville, Dale Winner (Diana) of Mt. Sterling, Carolyn Lowe of Meredosia and Melanie (Brian). She is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
