She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Unland and Hazel Unland (Kuhlman); her former husband Gerald Gobel; her daughter Vickie Barfield (late Stephen); her husband David Hawkshaw; and her sister Margaret "Margie" Kleinlein.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Ruyle (late Stephen) of Meredosia, Gary Gobel (Brenda) of Versailles and Jerry Gobel (Tammy) of Camdenton, MO.; her grandchildren, Chris Ruyle, Scott Ruyle (Kim), Justin Ruyle, Stephanie LeSeiuer (Mike), Gerad Gobel (Alexis Rorabaugh) and Alyssa Gobel (Jennafer); her great grandchild Jalyn Frevent (Jake Morath); her nephew Mark Ellen Kleinlein; and her nieces, Connie Staake (David) and Linda Johnson.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Oakland Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
