He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Allen and Delia Allen; his wife Ruth Lavonne Fitzgerald; his children, Kelly Allen of Beardstown and Delia Allen of Versailles; and his siblings, Violet Ham (Edgar), Zelma Ruyle (Dinx) and Charles Allen (late Doris). He was also cherished by six grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
