He was predeceased by: his parents, Otha Ralph and Edith Lucille Gant (Martin); his children, Pamla, Christine Norris and Michael Seckman; and his siblings, Russell Gant, Rosalee McDannold and Cathleen Gant.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Kay Buhlig; his daughters, Ginger Towslee (Billy) of Bryan, TX and Trudy of Chatham; and his grandchildren, Amber Kamp (Mike) of Farley, IA, Kate Gill (Dave) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Derek Klopfer (Kati) of Springfield and Karli Bailey (Cy) of College Station, TX. He is also survived by six great grandchildren; and one nephew and two nieces.
Memorials are suggested to Meredosia Rescue Squad or Meredosia Food Pantry.
