It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dick Setchell (Mendota, Illinois), who passed away on December 28, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Bill Setchell and Lois Setchell (Sibigtroth); and his sister Susan Setchell. He is survived by : his wife, Patricia, his daughters, Amy Sherman (Andy) and Laura; his step-daughters, Tracy Aughenbaugh Franklin (Marc Foskett) and Molly Aughenbaugh (Matt Gay); his grandchildren, Xander, Sam, Jillian, Elana, Robbie and Eric; and his siblings, Randy Setchell (Marzita) and Marilee Smith (Leo). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to Lurie's Children's Hospital, Illinois Valley Animal Rescue, Safe House Animal Rescue and the Northbrook Middle School Band Program.
