He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. and Shirley Moffett, Sr. (Treese). He is survived by: his wife Gail Moffett of Mendota; his children, Robert Moffett III (Billie) of Belvidere, John Henson (Becky) of Streator, James Law of Mendota, Robin Badger (Justin) of Fairview Heights and Stacy Law of Mendota; and his siblings, David Neff of El Paso and Sheila Neff of El Paso. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
